He has advised more than 50 local and global lenders on the sale and valuation of real estate, built a portfolio loss severity percentage analysis solution, developed property syndication systems with custom API architecture, created consumer acquisition apps, and successfully exited a real estate tech startup. Mike began his real estate career as a receptionist before being recruited as a sales agent by his mentor, a relationship that grew into a friendship and business partnership neither could have imagined.
